AI Resume Coach provides AI-generated resume analysis, ATS scoring, improvement suggestions, and mock interview practice (including voice-based practice). The Service is currently offered free of charge.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

All resume scores, feedback, suggestions, and interview questions are generated by artificial intelligence models. They are provided for informational and practice purposes only and do not guarantee any employment outcome, interview success, or job offer. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing and using your own judgment before acting on any suggestion.

You agree not to:

• Upload documents that are not your own resume or contain another person's personal information without consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its underlying AI providers
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

You retain ownership of the resume content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including its design, code, and branding.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Resume Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any employment or career outcomes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
