Privacy Policy

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication details via Firebase Authentication (including Google sign-in, if you choose that option).

Resume content: When you upload a resume for analysis or interview preparation, we process the text content of that document to generate your analysis, scores, and interview questions.

Usage data: We store your past analyses, interview sessions, and scores so you can view your history and track improvement over time.

Voice data: If you use voice mode during a mock interview, your spoken answers are converted to text directly in your browser using your browser's built-in speech recognition. We do not separately record or store raw audio.

We use your information to:

• Generate resume analyses, ATS scores, and personalized suggestions
• Generate and evaluate mock interview questions and answers
• Maintain your account and history across sessions
• Improve and troubleshoot the Service

We do not sell your personal information or resume content to third parties.

To generate resume analyses and interview content, the text of your resume and your interview answers are sent to a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini and/or Groq) for processing. These providers process the content to return a response to our servers and do not receive your name, email, or account details as part of these requests.

Authentication and data storage are handled through Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore), which stores your account information and saved analyses securely.

Your data is stored using Firebase's infrastructure with industry-standard security practices. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account information and saved analyses for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile page (under "Delete account"), or by contacting us at rjtechbuilds@gmail.com.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the email above.

We use minimal local browser storage to keep you logged in and to remember your display preferences (such as dark mode). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
